Security
Ordering prints and cards online from JazzArt is a secure
process. JazzArt uses Concord EFSnet Web Payment Processing, a secure
shopping cart service with 128-bit encryption of your credit card number.
How Ordering Works
Click the "Add to Cart" button in order to add a particular
purchase to your "Shopping Cart," a list of items you intend to
purchase. Click "View Cart" to look at the items in your
Shopping Cart list. Items may be added and subtracted from the cart,
and quantities may be changed. When you have finished making your
selections, click the "Check Out" button. This will take
you to a screen where you can input your bill-to, ship-to, and credit card
information, and complete the order process.
Shipping and
Handling
Allow 3 weeks for completion of your order. If you have questions

608-846-2642. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your
order as follows:

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 5.5% will be added for
Wisconsin residents only.
Methods of Payment
Credit Card
JazzArt accepts Visa or Mastercard. Your
credit card will be charged on the day you order your cards or prints.
Check or Money Order
If you wish to purchase JazzArt with a check or
money order, open and print the following order form. Fill out the
form, and mail as directed with your payment.
The order form is in Adobe PDF format. If
you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may obtain a free download for
any platform by visiting the Adobe Download Center:

Order Form printing instructions: The
easiest way to print is to use the Adobe Printer Button (see photo below)
to print your page.
To print using the browser's normal button or menu
instead, make sure that you first set the "focus" on the portion
of the browser window that you want to print by clicking anywhere on the
Order Form document.
Your print will be sent after your check
has cleared.
Privacy Statement
Your privacy is guaranteed. Your information will not be sold, and
will be kept confidential.
Return/Replacement
Policy
Your satisfaction is important. If there is a problem, contact us within 3
business days of receiving your order and we will discuss the details of
items to be returned. Returned items must be received in the same condition
as when shipped to you. Notify us immediately if damage has occurred during
shipping. If you return a print, you will be refunded for the cost of the
print, not including the shipping and handling.
